Compared with the first implants of the '60s, the silicone implants of the '70s were an enormous improvement and breast augmentation surgery really took off. Silicone was soft and better approximated natural breast tissue. "Even so, the first silicone implants were characteristically globular in shape and were unnaturally round," says Sydney plastic surgeon Dr Mark Kohout, "and with their smooth shells, they were predisposed to capsular contracture, or hardening."

The technical limitations of these implants with their thin shells and very liquid silicone meant that their durability was not great, leading to the implant ruptures and consequent 'scandal' of the '80s. The controversy surrounding leaking silicone implants raised a multitude of questions, studies and lawsuits about the impact of silicone in contact with the body's tissues.

C o n s e q u e n t l y, for a period of time, saline became the popular replacement for silicone. (Saline is mandatory in the USA). However, according to Dr Kohout, saline implants feel less natural, are hard e r, and have a potential to leak. The adverse publicity of the late '80s to the early '90s encouraged serious market re search by implant manufacturers and led to a new generation of improved silicone implants in the form of the cohesive silicone-gel implant. "As the name would suggest, the silicone is not especially liquid but more jelly-like," Dr Kohout explains. "Furthermore, the shape was improved with the advent of the tear- drop shaped, anatomically styled implant. This implant has a thin upper edge and a fuller lower pole, much like the natural breast. "

A further big advance was the development of textured shells, which are much less likely to cause hardening," he continues. "These technical improvements to implants in terms of cohesive silicone-gel, textured shells and better natural shapes mean that the long-term aesthetic result is enhanced and more predictable." In the mid to late '90s, this concept was extended even further with the advent of the Matrix implant system, where no matter what the size or volume of the implant, an increased number of configurations became available. The implant can be tailored to the physique of the patient in terms of height, width and projection. The result is therefore much more natural, more appropriate to the physique of the patient, and the flexibility is generously improved when choosing a breast size and shape to 'match' the patient. "

Just three years ago, this whole more real anatomical approach was extended even further with the introduction of the asymmetrical implant," Dr Kohout says. "Instead of the same shaped implant for both sides of the chest, each implant is dedicated to the left and right side, and there is m o re fullness to the bottom and the outer side of the implant! These implants tend to conform to the natural contours of the chest better and give a very natural breast f o rm. This is apparent when the patient is lying down because the breast falls naturally, unlike the tell-tale signs of older augmentations." Dr Kohout says, "In the future, we can expect further improvements to implants, always with an emphasis on producing the most natural looking breast possible, rather than simply augmenting the size."

People have been forwarding this so-called prophesy from Juseleeno Nobulega DaRoose. The prophesy is fragmented. It does not have any biblical basis. The email seems intended to scare the uninitiated. Here’s an excerpt of the email scare:

Mr. Juseleeno Nobulega DaRoose is Brazilian, born in 1960, 47 years old now, his occupation is a teacher, he is a normal citizen, having a very poor life with his wife and kids. All the events which Mr. Juselleno predicted had clear indication of the year, month date of the disasters, incase any third party wants to confirm the facticity of his prophesy, Mr. Juselleno always put the story which he predicted to the notarization office or post office for the approval.

Somebody asked him, how old did he start the prophesy dream, he answered: 9 years old, from 1969, he dreamed 3 events a day, sometimes 9 events, the times he dreamed is different every day. He said all the prophesy dreams were automatically in his dream. When Mr. Juseleeno was 19 years old, he met the famous Brazilian prophesy Saint Mr. Franciscoshabiz, after that the worldwide disaster events were increased in his prophesy dream. Mr. Franciscoshabiz was two times the candidate for the Nobel Prize, he is a very famous differential functional person, at the same time he is also the Charitarian. The events which Mr. Juseleeno predicted are already more than 80000, firstly let’s look at below a few big worldwide events and huge disaster from his prophesy.

It was said that on July 18, 2008 - Philippines will get 8.1 earthquake, thousands of people will die. but i cant seems to find Philippines on that said prediction.. (just pray for the better.)

2016, April: A huge typhoon will invade China, causing massive damage. The 43rd USA president, George Walker Bush, will enter the hospital, and faces a life or death situation.

2026, July: A super earthquake will occur in Sans Francisco, and it will be named “The Big One”. Huge damage to surrounding areas. Many volcanoes will re-activate, and the height of resulting tsunami will be more than 150 metres.

Mr. Juseleeno made known his predictions in hopes that people will take heed of his warnings, so that these disasters may be avoided. He hopes there will be a major change in the thinking of people’s mindsets in the time period 2007 – 2008. One factor will be the environmental issue of global warming, which is more serious than what some meteorologists assume.

so what is prediction?
well for me,Prediction means literally to be able to tell what is to happen in future.

There is no fixed ‘future’, only potentiality. All the possible outcomes of any situation, infinite numbers of them, do ‘happen’ in one or other perceived ‘reality’ chain.

When people either ‘predict’ the ‘future’, or lay a ‘curse’ on someone, the same principles apply. If the person hearing the prediction or the curse believes that this will come to be their experience, then the ‘Law of Attraction’, the basic formula of the creation of experience, comes into play.

The point being that most of us, most of the ‘time’ are experiencing most of what we experience because others have told us, conditioned us even, to believe what will happen.

Eventually we come to realise that we can arrest this process and replace it with the ability to create our own desired experience, and not think ourselves ‘victim’ to the creations of others. No-one can impose their vision of ‘future outcomes’ on anyone else unless that person hands over their own creative power to do so.

Why all predictions are disastrous? when you say prediction, is it only disaster??

You've probably wondered this more than a few times while checking out a hottie at the bar. Well, since you can't just outright touch her breasts off the bat, and since you don't know her well enough to ask, you're going to have to rely on the tell-tale signs, which can be hard to spot.

Here are the things to look for through her clothes that will let you know if she's the real McCoy or Silicone Ali.

what to look for

Unnatural shape
Most breasts aren't perfect orbs and they usually aren't identical. Be on the lookout for the way they hold in place as she moves around (especially her arms), and how they stay almost the same dimension -- instead of flattening out -- whether she reaches back or even stretches. Furthermore, when she bends over, you should see them fall if they're real.

Watch out for women wearing a constrictive bra to make them come together. The overall shape will still not look right. With such a bra, you won't be able to notice the outer circles contouring the breasts.

Bubbly look
On the topic of odd breast shapes, the top of her breasts are bubbled up -- just like bubble butts. Fake boobs defy gravity, so they might look like they're bubbling up. Natural breasts follow a more natural sliding curve line from top to bottom.

Overly firm
Real breasts are mostly fat, which gives them a jiggle quality; if they look more like solid muscle, you may be in the presence of a pair of fake ones.

If they look like balloons that are about to burst, beware. Real boobs do grow with weight gain, but the skin has time to grow with the fat.

High up (if she's not wearing a bra)
Breasts should be at about armpit height. But some bad breast jobs start them way too high on the chest, as if she's got two flotation devices strapped to her chin.

If a woman is not wearing a bra and adorns C-sized orbs that stand up, then it's pretty easy to figure out. The hard ones to pick out are the B cups. They can look real but then you need to spot small abnormalities that a normal breast wouldn't do.

The gap between them leaves space enough for your entire head

Too far apart
If you can fit your fist between her breasts, they're probably fake (think Tori Spelling). The doctor should have scraped the pectoral tendons to give them a more natural emplacement, but didn't.

Asymmetrical nipples
True, you don't always see nipples through clothes, but if she's wearing a see-through top, a really tight shirt, or even if it's just a little cold out, take a glance at them. Nipples are seldom perfect, but a bad boob job may put them too high, too low, or not pointing in the same direction.

Stretch marks
This usually stems from the surgery. Skin stretches as we grow, but stretched skin can also leaves marks -- usually little red lines. If she went too big or her doctor wasn't that great, you might spot the stretch marks.

However, if she's a yo-yo dieter, she may have gained and lost a bunch of weight, which would also cause stretch marks. Watch out for this.

Disproportional body
You can usually tell if her breasts are fake by comparing it to the rest of her body. Although there is the rare woman who has a smoking body and unusually large natural breasts, more than a few women make the mistake of going too large. Fortunately, these women are easy to spot. If she's got a dancer's body and breasts like a porn star, that could be a good indication. If you have your doubts, check them out while she's moving. If they're fake, they won't follow her body movements. For example, if she waves to a friend and they stay put.
